NCDMB to launch oil, gas trainers certification

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is set to commence the issuance of the Nigerian Content Training and Certification Scheme (NTCS) for oil and gas trainers. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of trainers in the industry, thereby improving the overall quality of training and development programs. The NTCS is expected to provide a standardized framework for the assessment and certification of trainers, ensuring that they possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver high-quality training. The implementation of this scheme is in line with the NCDMB's mandate to develop and implement policies and programs that promote the development of local content in the oil and gas industry.
